The Scuderi Group is committed to continuously increasing the strength of its patent portfolio by investing in independent research and development dedicated to advancing the Scuderi Split-Cycle Engine technology. Scuderi Group has a growing number of invention disclosures which are each filed as international patent applications. Each separate disclosure eventually matures into approximately 2 or more patents in each of about 50 countries. Every Scuderi Group patent application is subjected to an extensive series of worldwide patentability searches. Patent examiners and/or professional patent searchers residing in the United States, Europe or Japan conduct these searches.

The Scuderi Group patent portfolio increases in strength with each invention disclosure filed and with each patent issued. The Scuderi Group patent portfolio currently includes over 476 patent applications worldwide, more than 154 of which have issued as patents.
